MEDITATION CLASSES
Hi All,
I am starting meditation classes from today. You all might be aware of meditation and its benefits. There are few good meditation courses like vipassyana, etc which gives you peace. But, in our normal life we cannot spend 11 full days because of various reasons like family, kids, job, etc. So, even after knowing benefits of it, we are unable to practice it.
There is a way of practicing meditation at our own home. But, our mind is so smart that it wont let us stay calm for more days if we are doing it ourselves. Thus, I started meditation classes which will be open daily. Here, I will teach you meditation techniques. At any convenient time, you can come and have meditation here with me. You can send your kids, parents, wife, husband anyone whom you want to give something good for their life.
We spend time for gym, cardio for physical body but what about our mental strength in such competitive and complex environment? Rather we need this aspect to be seen as a first priority for many challenges in day to day life.
I am pretty sure that, you wont find such class anywhere else.

Physical Benefits of Meditation
